Christmas Eve and Day

Abby didn't understand the whole leaving cookies for Santa, so she dove right in. Megan had one too, but we were able to leave two for Santa. He left half a cookie in the morning, and Abby finished that off too. Megan was very concerned about Abby sharing germs with Santa. Sprinkling Reindeer Food! This will help Santa find our house.
Santa gave Megan my old tea set that was mine when I was young. And, unable to handle giving the all credit to Santa, Mrs. Claus wrote a note about how it used to be mine and how she had to be very careful with it.
All Megan asked from Santa was a "puppy in a purse." In fact, we looked for one in November as a "sorry you had the swine flu and all our plans got ruined" consolation prize, and couldn't find it. But, she was not worried, because Santa would bring it. Lucky, Santa has amazing helpers and let me know not to worry. Thanks Helper Carla!

Reading the note about her tea set.
Emmy doesn't know what the big deal is because she's happy playing with the phone.
Later, still happy with the phone.
Abs, our latest riser, checking out her gifts. Santa left her a tea set just like Megan and
a puppy in a purse just like Megan.
I was terrible about getting pictures the rest of the day, but it was a wonderful Christmas. We shared it with my mom and dad. Here is Megan with her new Jonas shirt. Another favorite toy was "My first Dance Dance Revolution" from my parents. It is so fun!
