Tooth Fairy!

Woo hoo! Megan lost her first tooth yesterday! She was stoked! It has been loose for two weeks and yesterday my mom helped her get it out. Well, Megan was afraid, but my mom told her she'd give her a dollar. So that was it...with the help of a tissue, out came the tooth!
So, I e-mailed the tooth fairy, so she would know to put Megan on the schedule. Megan was worried that her tooth would be "camouflaged" under her pillow, so we put it next to her pillow instead. At 11:30 p.m. Megan ran into our room, waking us up, to announce that the tooth fairy came!!! She left her a letter and 2 dollars and she left a glitter trail on the ground where she flew into the room. So, after I read her the letter, she happily went back to bed.

Last week Megan was unable to go to Disney Princesses on Ice because she and Emily had the Swine Flu. It was terrible! But, before she got sick, she had been earning money to buy something at the performance. So, she still had her money that she had earned, so with her tooth fairy money we went to Costco to buy a toy. She choose this Tinkerbell art kit and has been in heaven all afternoon. She even had money left over to go towards a book for Abby so Abby wouldn't feel sad (Megan's idea).

Among other things, the tooth fairy told Megan that her tooth would be the finest in her collection. Megan felt pretty special about that!
